Lillet is a distinguished French aperitif, crafted since 1887 in the village of Podensac, located south of Bordeaux. This aromatic wine is made from 85% Bordeaux wines and 15% macerated liqueurs, primarily infused with citrus. Originally, Lillet contained quinine, which imparted a mild bitterness, but in 1985, the recipe was refined to reduce the quinine content, creating a smoother flavor. Our selection includes two varieties: Lillet Blanc and Lillet Rosé. Both offer a refreshing and slightly fruity profile, complemented by a distinct floral finish, making them perfect for sipping or as the base for sophisticated cocktails.
